Supplier Quality Engineer - Welding & Machining

VAT Group in Switzerland seeks a Supplier Development & Quality Engineer (Welding / Machining) to lead global supplier qualification and ensure product and process quality. You will drive industrialization, ramp up, risk mitigation, and corrective actions to support VAT’s growth and material availability.

You will manage supplier audits, ISIR/PPAP, and 8D problem solving, coordinating with Engineering, Operations and Strategic Sourcing. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.
