Supplier Quality Engineer (Tijuana)

Job Summary
This role is responsible for adopting a quality‐focused method by defining quality metrics for component production and conducting frequent supplier quality assessments.
It troubleshoots defects, records feedback, offers resolutions, applies basic foundations of a function's principles to drive process enhancements and create mitigation plans.
The role collaborates with suppliers to improve quality and lower costs, and contributes to identifying potential suppliers aligned with business goals.
