Your Role At Baxter

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) supports effective management and continuous improvement of supplier quality performance to ensure that materials, components, and services meet Baxter’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This role partners with internal teams and suppliers to address quality issues, support compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001), and contribute to supplier development activities. The position requires a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and problem‑solving methodologies, with a focus on execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
