Job Overview
The Supplier Quality Engineer reports directly to the CS&Q Manager and works within the manufacturing site to ensure outstanding supplier performance and continuous quality improvement. The role acts as the primary interface between suppliers and the plant, guaranteeing that all materials and components meet the highest quality standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

- Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance at plant level and drive targeted improvement actions in close collaboration with key suppliers.
- Lead structured 8D problem‑solving processes (Levels0 &1) and implement effective containment measures such as Temporary Quality Walls to ensure production continuity.
