Supplier Performance & Continuous Improvement Engineer

Vertiv Co in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Supplier Performance Management Engineer to evaluate and develop key suppliers, ensuring they meet Vertiv’s standards for delivery and improvement. This role will act as a technical liaison, driving performance and business growth.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and over 7 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and supplier quality systems is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
