Supplier Development & Performance Manager - Quality (Ciudad Apodaca)

What you will do

The Supplier Development & Performance Manager is responsible for identifying and driving continuous improvements with assigned suppliers. This role ensures alignment with business needs to maximize sustainable supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality, capacity, scalability, and sustainability to all sites.

How you will do it

• Lead a team of Supplier Development leaders and NPI Engineers across multiple PBU/plants to drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Integral Fulfillment Manager, PBU Operations leaders, and Procurement to implement processes, tools, and training that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in order fulfillment.
• Conduct audits and assessments at supplier locations to address critical issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
