• Driving a culture of accountability by establishing clear KPIs and improvement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conducting capacity audits and scalability reviews to validate supplier capabilities and ensure their alignment with our operational demands.
• Facilitating supplier trainings and structured problem‑solving initiatives to address delivery and quality issues effectively.
