The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Plans and Programs Flight, 18th Security Forces Squadron. Provide planning, direction, organization, and exercise control over supervisory and nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 18th Security Forces Squadron. Responsibilities Duty 1: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of Plans and Programs Flight, 18th Security Forces Squadron. Duty 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors.
