Milton, ON – Full-time position (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; $24 - $29/hour)

Responsibilities

1. Supervise warehouse activities and personnel.
2. Oversee shipping and receiving.
3. Assign staff and monitor the flow of products through the plant.
4. Ensure procedures for incoming receipts, outgoing shipments, and inventory are current.
5. Inspect warehouse physical condition and equipment for repairs or replacement.
6. Collaborate with other distribution centers and business leaders.
7. Participate in employee safety and plant protection activities.
8. Interview, train, mentor, and motivate staff while serving as a role model.
9. Conduct performance monitoring and initiate disciplinary or corrective action when needed.
10. Make recommendations for process improvement.
