Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Warehouse, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse operations including shipping and receiving of product. The role ensures customer needs are met through timely and efficient product movement in a fast paced distribution setting.

Key Accountabilities

• Establish priorities and direct loading workforce to satisfy customer demands.
• Plan and execute logistic needs with trucking firms to ensure timely pick‑up and delivery, minimizing freight cost.
• Responsible for full cycle weekly manning scheduling and hourly timecards, ensuring high accuracy.
• Implement and enforce processes to create maximum inventory consistency and accuracy.
• Review and resolve operational problems to minimize cost and prevent delays.
