YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the General Supervisor, Mine, you will be part of the Mine Department. You will coordinate the team to ensure that the production targets are met as planned and in respect to the budget and the mine plan. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Ensure that all practices and procedures are performed with respect to the defined regulations;
Ensure the health and safety of the mining team by verifying that weekly and monthly safety audits are performed (work cards, inspections, safety meetings, etc.) and that accurate reporting and investigating of accidents and incidents are thoroughly completed;
Ensure that mining employees have received proper training/accreditation for the jobs they perform and for the tools/equipment they operate;
