- Oversee end-to-end trade desk operations, including execution, allocation, settlement, and reconciliation across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives
- Execute single and block equity trades across multiple institutional managed accounts
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Manage trade reporting, allocations, and reconciliations to maintain accurate portfolio records
- Deep working knowledge of prime brokerage relationships and collateral management processes
- Monitor portfolio cash levels to ensure sufficient liquidity for current and forward investment needs
- Manage capital calls, collateral positions, and cash movements across custodial and prime brokerage accounts
- Administer trade desk infrastructure, including OMS/EMS integrations, counterparty connectivity and data transmissions
- Support the operational launch and ongoing management of new fund products
