Position Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including cleaning standards, infection control compliance, waste disposal, patient transport, and departmental scheduling.
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Supervise unionised and non‑union staff, including hiring, performance reviews, progressive discipline, training, and staff development.
• Facilitate return‑to‑work programs and lead team meetings.
• Assist in staff scheduling to include a mix of staff based on a variety of skills, experience, and other factors.
