Responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and supervise bakery staff to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Create daily production schedules, monitor baking processes, and inspect final products to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee raw materials, track ingredient levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Enforce strict sanitation regulations and food hygiene standards in the workspace.
- Address escalated customer complaints and ensure the storefront is well-stocked and inviting.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in bakery operations or a supervisory role.
- Proficiency with commercial baking equipment, scaling recipes, and measuring ingredients.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
