A shop supervisor oversees daily retail operations, manages sales targets, trains staff, and handles customer escalations.
Key responsibilities:
- Staff Management & Leadership: Create duty roaster, training new retail assistants and set monitor staff sales performance.
- Daily Store Operations: Opening and closing of shop/stall. casher duty and manage cash in hands.
- Customer Service & Sales: Sales driven and manage customer complaints if any.
- Inventory & Logistics: Stock management and transportation arrangement when necessary.
- Reporting & Admin: Report daily sales and cash position, bank in cash in hand and etc.
