Overview
The Supervisor ensures consistent fulfillment of 4FINGERS’ customer promise by maintaining quality store operations, leading and empowering team members positively, and maximizing financial performance through independent judgment and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities- Lead store opening operations by receiving stocks, setting up stations, organizing POS systems, and verifying operational readiness before trading starts.
- Monitor daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards and smooth workflow.
- Enforce staff grooming standards to maintain a professional store appearance.
- Inspect chillers and freezers to prevent expired stock usage.
- Ensure all crew members follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
