PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Duties
- Greeting/Attitude: Follow strictly the telephone standards, talk with a friendly tone, maintain a high level of respect and a positive attitude.
- Organization: Keep the Operator Room perfectly tidy at all times.
- Telephone transfers: Attend all guest requests and ensure their satisfaction. Transfer calls to the correct person, introduce the person on line before hanging up, and know all telephone extensions by heart.
- Privacy: Respect privacy/confidentiality of information and guest names in the operator room, and do not transmit any guest name or history information.
- Wake Up Calls: Confirm wake up call requests at the exact time, collect reports from the Front Desk, and control discrepancies with operator records.
- Guest Messages: Record all guest messages accurately and ensure that the guest receives the full information.
