Position Overview

The Supervisor reports to the Manager of Parking and Security. They are responsible for the effective day-to-day supervision of all on-duty Security Guards. They shall advise, assist, and direct them in a constructive manner as required. The Supervisor ensures that the Security Department provides high quality, customer-focused services according to the SHN mission, vision, and values.
