KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
- Ensure scheduled shipments are arrived and parked in their designated area, carryout proper checking while opening the trucks /containers
- Give complete attention to receiving of goods with special focus on quantity matching purchase order, quality, production/expiry dates, and batches.
- Ensure the import consignment product samples are available for the municipality inspections.
- Ensure all consignments are received with complete accuracy.
- Follow up on PO/Other discrepancies and make sure all the receiving processes have been completed
- Ensure all stocks are stacked properly at designated areas/storage bins/sites.
- Segregate the picklist and forward to deployed pickers as per the schedule.
- Cross-checking to carry on each pick list to ensure the accuracy of right product, Quantity, batch, date, condition, etc.
