About the Role
A Supervisor, Sales Operations leads a sales operations team to achieve both individual and team targets, ensuring TD SYNNEX delivers the highest level of service to our customers at all times.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day management of a Sales Operations team, towards all sales related administrative tasks e.g. order processing, quoting.
- Ensure the sales operations teams are working within any service level agreement as defined by TD SYNNEX and/or the relevant Business Unit, their customers and partners.
- Drive performance within the team, by setting, measuring and managing against individual and team targets
- Work with other departments to identify process improvements and help define, implement and deliver efficiency back into sales and our partners
