Supporting day-to-day fleet, transport, and operational administrative activities.Coordinating cross-border and domestic transport operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.Preparing and overseeing the department asset register pertaining to office equipment to ensure records are maintained and updated.Coordinating vendor and service RFQ’s process, ensuring all contractual obligations are clearly addressed and documented thus maximizing cost efficiencies.
