• Following hotel policies and SOP
• Taking reservations for the offered services
• Reporting the areas that need improvement to the manager
• Delivering services to the guests in a timely basic
• Conducting departmental report
• Helping the manager to prepare training program and activities for new staffs and trainees
• Maintaining and cleaning machines, equipment and public areas
• Being in charge of everything when the manager and assistant manager are not around
• Setting up a short meeting for the team to solve the problems and inform each member about the upcoming events
• Conducting the schedule for the staff members
• Arranging staff vacation and day-off before asking for manager permission
• Coordinating staff instruction
• Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to the manager and Human Resources Department at regular intervals
