- Reporting the areas that need improvement to the manager
- Delivering services to the guests in a timely basic

- Helping the manager to prepare training program and activities for new staffs and trainees
- Maintaining and cleaning machines, equipment and public areas
- Being in charge of everything when the manager and assistant manager are not around
- Setting up a short meeting for the team to solve the problems and inform each member about the upcoming events

- Arranging staff vacation and day-off before asking for manager permission
