Supervisor, Production (Tijuana)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates in one or more value streams to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people performance goals.
• Coordinate alignment of resources and equipment to achieve production goals through cross‑functional leadership.
• Execute and maintain Integer Production System (IPS) and its five focus areas: enterprise alignment; leadership of sustained change; standardization; associate engagement; and system & process optimization.
• Set daily, weekly, monthly objectives and communicate them to associates.
• Lead Gemba walks, audits of 5S, safety, quality, and production processes.
• Communicate between shifts and other departments to implement best practices and sustain performance.
• Support environmental, health, safety & security and serve as the safety priority.
• Ensure products meet quality metrics and contribute to achievement of 5‑Sigma goals.
