Coordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with maintenance activities onsite.
Support the planner in the preparation of maintenance activities.
Provide proactive support for difficult activities and problems.
Follow up maintenance activities and adjust as necessary.
Coordinate third‑party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standards.
Create correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standards.
Follow up and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Gate‑keep maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priority.
Review maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercare.
