Overview
Saputo is seeking a Production Supervisor for an existing opportunity within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the safe, efficient and effective use of the workforce, equipment and material resources;
- Provides leadership, direction, guidance, supervision, evaluation, motivation and training of production employees.
- Schedules equipment and personnel to ensure production requirements/targets are met on a timely basis;
- Effectively uses operational data daily to measure and communicate trends; reinforces positive results and initiates corrective actions as appropriate;
- Prepares effective written communication including work procedures and notices to progress reports for senior management;
- Ensures that both Company and Governmental quality, sanitation and environmental standards are met through close liaison with Quality Assurance and Technical Services Department, as well as frequent review a...
