The Production Supervisor will be in charge of ensuring efficient and effective operations of the assigned line(s), implementing maintenance, quality, occupational safety and line HR systems to meet business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Line Team by ensuring production operations within the prescribed production plan and established standards – including but not limited to process & product quality, machine maintenance, and cost – and ensure operational compliance based on key performance indicators and key results areas, as aligned with business objectives and business needs;
