Lead and supervise daily production activities within a technical repair and manufacturing environment to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

  • Supervise daily production operations involving electronic repair, testing, mechanical assembly, and manufacturing activities.

  • Lead, coach, and deploy production operators to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and operational targets.

  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), production output, and manpower allocation to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer orders.

  • Ensure all repair and assembly processes are performed in accordance with approved work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
