As a SHIFT SUPERVISOR you will support management in monitoring the day‑to‑day activities of employees, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service and a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, plan, and observe day‑to‑day employee activities.
- Coordinate breaks and keep management informed of activities and significant issues.
- Create and maintain a safe, harassment‑free work environment.
- Model company brand standards and adhere to all policies professionally.
- Complete opening and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.
- Operate cash registers, void transactions, and follow all cash‑handling policies.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Resolve customer complaints consistently with policy and pursuit of satisfaction.
