Role Overview
The Mine Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Mine Maintenance Senior Supervisor and is accountable for coordinating trades, schedules, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold company standards within the maintenance department. Operating on a 4x4 schedule, the supervisor alternates between day and night shifts and provides coverage across Mine Maintenance areas including the Shop, Field, Gas, and Electrical Shop to ensure all areas are adequately staffed and supervised.
