Supervisor Mechanical

Purpose of the Position As a Supervisor, you will take the lead in planning, scheduling, and assigning resources to ensure all repairs and servicing are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence while fostering a strong safety‑first culture. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who communicates effectively, inspires teamwork, and holds themselves and others accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Position Accountabilities

Lead and motivate a unionized team responsible for maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on locomotives, mobile equipment, and vehicles used in plant, yard, and road service

Ensure all repairs and train servicing meet regulatory and company standards, including Association of American Railroads (AAR), Transport Canada, and CPKC policies
