Supervisor Materials and Manufacturing Planning

**JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Responsible for developing and distributing the master production plan, supervising the development and maintenance of the production programs to maximize productivity and compliance with the Customers' requirements. Optimizing production efficiencies and inventory investment.
- Preparation of the master production plan (MPS) based on the production plan presented in the SIOP. Report in a timely manner any problem that may arise to fulfill the plan. Either material shortages, machine capacity or lack of man hours.
- Expedite operations and / or materials that are affecting the production schedule and this affects the monthly shipping and / or sales plan.
- Supervise the efficient control of work orders on the production floor. supports planners in case of a problem and reports to the area manager if something goes out of goal.
- Plan, develop and implement improvements to the production control system.
