Responsibilities

• Manage the controlled environment room by setting objectives, organizing and delegating tasks, training and developing team members, and fostering a productive work environment to ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, enforce safety protocols, manage inventory and supplies, coordinate with other departments for seamless operations, resolve conflicts and issues promptly, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Execute the production plan and achieve yields within the production area.
• Oversee training and maintain complete training records for all manufacturing personnel.
