Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor leads a team of manufacturing engineers to drive continuous improvement, ensure efficient production processes, and support new product introductions.
This role is responsible for overseeing engineering activities related to process optimization, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance, while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to support manufacturing goals.
