Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to resolve manufacturing issues and support new product introductions (NPI).
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
