A Port Operation Supervisor is to provide direct supervision to site support staff, manage device inventory, address issues/problems on site and provide summary reports to management.
- Plans, directs and maintains an efficient inventory operations.
- Perform pre-arming activities such as charging, initialization and GPS connectivity test.
- Provide on-site support to BOC personnel.
- Document all issues/problems encountered.
- Escalate issue/problems that cannot be resolved by the Port Operations Group.
- Provide summary reports for completed trips and containers with alert status.
- Perform all other duties that may be assigned by his/her supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or information technology or equivalent education and work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- High Level of business management and facilitation skills.
