Job Description Summary

As a Supervisor Maintenance at El Carmen Manufacturing Facility, you will be responsible for the design, development, programming, and maintenance of robotic systems to optimise our manufacturing processes and enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial robots (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Universal Robots) and associated peripheral equipment.
• Develop and implement control logic for robotic systems using PLC, HMI, and other automation software.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and perform repairs on robotic systems to ensure continuous operation and minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams, process engineers, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and integrate robotic solutions.
