Role Overview
As an IOC Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day IOC and GITOC operations, ensuring continuous monitoring and proactive detection of system, application, and infrastructure issues. You will act as the primary escalation point for high-priority incidents and oversee Major Incident Management activities.
