Scope Supervises and controls the activities of one shift, sub-section or small work group within a department of operations where there is similar activity performed. Provides supervision with operational focus to a group or groups of employees by developing and directing work schedules and monitoring work flow to achieve established goals and objectives. Provides direction to employees to achieve assignments according to established timelines, policies and management guidance. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action. Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
