Major Responsibilities an Authorities:
Assign personal to the corresponding activities as required by the company making sure the people are properly certified for the assigned operation
Make sure the personal wears the PPE and follow the safety rules as well the operation instructions for the assigned equipment
Keep the assigned personal informed of the daily production goals/schedule
Measure the hourly progress and take corrective actions if needed to meet the goal
Audit the operators follow the quality plan properly
Report the daily progress of the assigned production areas and take actions for recovery where needed
Follow the RIT properly and use it as base line when addressing the people in fault to any process or procedure
Promote the Fair treatment to all his subordinates
Manage the payroll process making sure the time records for the people are accurate and OT properly authorized.
