Minimum requirements: Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. Experience 35 years' operational experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience will be advantageous. Experience within a food production or meat processing environment will be beneficial. SHEQ Compliance Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Enforce the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain high standards of personal and product hygiene. Promote a safe, clean, and compliant working environment. Production Management Oversee and coordinate all fresh production processes, including mince, skin-pack, fresh cut MAP, and value-added products. Implement and maintain efficient production procedures and processes to optimise productivity and quality.
