Supervisor, Fly In Open Pit Engineering Baker Lake

Take a leadership role at Agnico Eagle as a Supervisor in Open Pit Engineering, following a Fly-In Fly-Out schedule. Your focus will be on safety, team leadership, and engineering excellence. Reporting to the General Supervisor, you will coordinate a skilled team of engineers and technicians while promoting safety and environmental stewardship. This role also involves conducting mine planning and auditing tasks for continuous improvements while collaborating on budget management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety meetings for the department
• Mentor Survey Leaders and engineering students/interns
• Oversee weekly and short-range mine planning activities
• Conduct performance audits and improve task execution
• Handle HR duties including staff development plans

Qualifications
