Within your boundary of control meet or exceed KPIs set for: Safety Compliance Import and Export Operations Cost Control Productivity/Efficiency of routine tasks By delivering real time response to resolve irregularities and interruptions in flow. Ensure 100% compliance with all Legal, safety and Quality requirements for the movements of materials. Assist with the preparation of Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure 5 S standards within your sections are maintained. Manage communications within your area, while engaging support as required to maintain standard work. Ensure that metrics are understood by all Stakeholders and results are maintained and displayed on a timely basis.
