Shift Supervisor (Evening shift)

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Shift Supervisor oversees and participates in the day‑to‑day operations of the facility. This role supervises, supports, and trains plant team members in production, maintenance, health & safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production requirements based on the production plan set by the Production Manager or designate.
• Coordinate daily production activities with team members to provide superior customer service.
• Complete daily production reports correctly and completely.
• Ensure equipment is working efficiently and product meets required quality standards.
• Maintain a clean production area with support of team based on housekeeping policy.
• Comply with Company Health and Safety policies, procedures, practices and legislative standards.
