Supervisor - Emergency

Overview

The Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational management of the Service Workers and the Staffing Office within the Emergency Department (ED). The role ensures the department is adequately supplied with medical and surgical materials, oversees equipment functionality and safety, and provides fiscal input related to salaries, benefits, and supply budgets. Acting as a liaison between the ED and other hospital departments, the Supervisor supports administrative coordination, foundation‑related purchasing requests, and departmental project and committee work, playing a key role in maintaining efficient ED operations.
