Experience you will need:

• 
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in high end hospitality venue.
  
• Experience with managing and leading a team.
  
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
  
• Ability to motivate and drive the team.
  
• Attention to detail with good customer service.
  
• Extensive wine knowledge.
  
• A team player, pro‑active with a can‑do attitude.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and long shifts.
  
• Good command and understanding of English and Spanish with the ability to communicate confidently.
  
• Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people.
