Supervisor de Producción

Supervises and coordinates team works involved in production tasks to insure the continuous workflow as well as the fulfillment of projects according to quantity and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes production programs and estimates man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job.
• Analyzes and solves work problems or assists workers in solving work related problems.
• Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans. Recommends or initiates personnel measures such as promotions, dismissals and disciplinary actions.
• Follow up training matrix and training programs.
• Maintains production and time records.
• Can estimate, request or inspect raw materials.
• Meets with other functional area representatives to coordinate activities between the individual and departments.
