Under the supervision of the General Supervisor, this position is responsible for coordinating a group of operators in order to follow up and comply with the Production program.
This position is also responsible for achieving the established goals for safety, quality and process improvement in the work area.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Responsible for: the supervision of a group of spraying operators; establishing daily work activities; monitoring performance; and providing feedback and training in order to meet the established production program.
2. Coordinate the overall quality of the group and demonstrate a basic understanding of quality standards.
Lead the group to effectively monitor and track quality.
3. Accountable for the overall safety of the group, and to ensure that all production associates in the work area are provided with, and use, all required personal protection equipment.
