Supervisor de Mantenimiento de Instalaciones (Barcelona)

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 12 facilities across Western Spain from our Barcelona hub. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement and protecting critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high performance and minimal downtime of sorting and conveyor systems
• Lead maintenance strategies (conveyors, scanning systems, X‑ray, and building infrastructure)
• Troubleshoot issues during operations and optimize system performance
• Manage suppliers, audits, and asset protection initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards
• Oversee building maintenance and support site operations
• Control budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance reporting
