Supervisor De Data Center (Xico)

Under general supervision this position coordinates and supervises the activities of the computer room, with critical systems that operate on a twenty‑four hour schedule.

Responsible for supervising the data center activities: installing hardware for customers; installing and replacing cables, components, and accessories; maintaining records and schematics of the center to detail what equipment is installed/removed.

Customer support responsibilities might include escorting customers through the center on tours and/or audits, responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with other organizations.

Administrative duties include scheduling employee shifts, planning for changes, maintaining data center standards and tools, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
