At Minglida México, the Quality Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards under the international IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 regulations. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating quality activities at all stages of production, leading internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Quality Supervisor has the authority to stop the production line if critical quality deviations are identified. Additionally, they will lead staff training initiatives and work closely with other departments to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
